Abundant Living Workshop

Saturday 16th July 2026 - 10:00am to 1:00pm

Abundant Living Workshop

Gathering near the tranquil banks of the River Chess at Loudwater Farm, Rickmansworth, you will meet with like-minded souls to learn five easy ways to capture and nurture the heart-led abundance already awaiting you.

It’s a special energy this day too because we welcome the Super New Moon in Taurus, a part of the lunar cycle marking the beginning of a new cycle. This makes it the perfect time to work on abundant living as you assess what brings you true happiness, joy and fulfilment in material and emotional terms. During this moon phase you are invited to take small, practical and steady steps forward whilst remaining grounded.

This is what the workshop is designed to do, to take you gently from and through all five steps enabling you to be present and experience all that you need to in order to call upon, capture and then manifest the abundant living that arises for you on the day.

What the workshop includes

A warm welcome awaits you when you arrive, with time to connect with others over a comforting cup of tea before our workshop begins. Here is what your morning will look like:-

Step 1 - Uncover Gratefulness

As it will be the Super New Moon in Taurus that day, we will begin by honouring the parts of the body that are most sensitive during this lunar phase, i.e. the neck, larynx, throat, vocal cords, thyroid glands, tonsils and Adam’s apple. To support the body, we will practice Brahma Mudra with Bija 'seed’ sounds - a gentle four directional head and neck movement aligned with breath and associated sounds. This practice generates greater inner calm and clarity, whilst helping us to feel grounded. It will be the ideal, first small step to feeling into the well of gratitude found within.

This will gently feed into our next practice - EMM (Every Movement Matters) a system I developed some years ago enabling us to connect deeply to the body and its messages, prompting us to move in any way we are called to; whether seated or standing. Our movements are supported from a place of unconditional love, where the mind’s chatter is set aside and the body is given space and expression. In this space we invite unconditional love and attempt to keep self judgement, criticism and frustration at bay.

Together, these two meaningful practices prime us to drop into feelings of gratitude for mind, body, breath and the preciousness of the moment, movement and stillness.

Step 2 & 3 - Let Go & Receive

Many of us struggle with letting go and giving ourselves permission to receive. Whilst on the other hand, we are comfortable in the discomfort of holding on to that which no longer serves and using up energy to make sure others are looked after. This is an imbalance and this step in the workshop aims to help you rebalance by learning to let go and receive through an elegant practice called the Earth Sequence.

Designed to tap into Mother Earth’s and to divine feminine energy, this sequence takes you through four stages of soft gentle movements that can be practised whilst standing or seated. Here we harness the energy of releasing all that no longer serves whilst summoning into self, energy that nurtures, nourishes and rejuvenates mind, body and spirit. From this space, we are offered opportunities to open up to greater faith and trust in ourselves, as well as to cosmic flow and timing.

Having completed the Earth Sequence, it will be time to take a pause and nourish our bodies with light refreshments as we sit outdoors letting the sounds of nature and the river gently wash over us and help us to integrate and absorb the morning’s experience.

Step 4 - Dive into the Heart

Like all processes we need to take time to prepare the ground rather than hurtle forwards blindly and without direction. That is what Steps 1-3 helped us do, prepare the way, open pathways and ready ourselves for the next step. A step I believe we wholeheartedly need, but again many find hard - asking for help.

In this part of the workshop, we connect to the Heart Chakra (energy centre at the heart) to humbly ask for help. In this space, we open up to receive heart-led guidance and wisdom as to what abundant living can look like for us. Whether that’s material, physical, emotional, mental or spiritual in nature.

The key action here is to ‘listen’ quietly within and then to capture what we are being guided towards. Once heard, you will write down what has been received by you. Remember, there is no right or wrong especially when it comes forth from the heart centre, there is only the most aligned way for you and this is filled with cosmic support and unconditional love.

Step 5 - Feel the Future

As you transition to your final step, you will be guided into a deeper meditation to help you tap into your heart-led abundance and to stay in that abundant frequency.

To support your manifestation process, we will each sow Sunflower seeds in a pot to take home. This will provide a physical symbol of your growing abundance and remind you to ‘water’ and look after self and your plant. It’s also the perfect point at which to write down 3-5 practical ways in which you plan to nurture and grow the abundant life you are called to.
