When booking a Spiritual Counselling Session, Soul Plan Reading, or Soul Transformation Therapy with Healing with Rina, you are entering into a contract governed by the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

  • Healing with Rina’s services are strictly suitable for clients who are 19 years old and over.

  • No services are offered to individuals aged 18 and under. By booking, you formally declare you meet this age requirement.

2. Scope of Practice & Suitability (Important Notice)

  • Non-Clinical Services: Healing with Rina offers spiritual counselling, energy redirection, and holistic personal development. Rina Rawal is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, or conventional psychotherapist, and is not trained to treat clinical mental health conditions.

  • Exclusion Criteria: We are strictly unable to provide services to individuals who:

  • Have a formally diagnosed clinical mental health condition.

  • Are currently prescribed psychiatric medication for mental health management.

  • Are undergoing ongoing conventional psychiatric care or clinical counselling, unless explicitly cleared by your healthcare provider.

  • Client Declaration: By booking a session, you confirm that you do not fall into any of the exclusion categories listed above. If you require clinical mental health support, we strongly advise you to contact your GP or a qualified medical practitioner.

  • Right to Terminate: If at any point during a session it becomes apparent that a client requires clinical psychological support outside our scope of training, Healing with Rina reserves the right to terminate care immediately and signpost the client to appropriate clinical services.

3. Health, Safety & Client Responsibility

  • All eligible clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, medications, physical injuries, or mental health histories to Healing with Rina prior to participating in sessions.

  • Any information provided will remain strictly confidential and will help Healing with Rina offer appropriate services or safely signpost you to alternative care.

  • Clients are fully responsible for seeking authorization from their relevant healthcare professional(s) regarding their participation in Spiritual Counselling, Soul Plan Readings, and Soul Transformation Therapy.

  • The client must promptly update Healing with Rina regarding any changes to their physical or mental health throughout the duration of their care.

4. Cancellations, Liability & Service Refusal

  • Healing with Rina is not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or changes caused by unforeseen events (including severe weather, loss of venue/facilities, acts of God, or any other event beyond our control).

  • Clients are advised to take out adequate insurance to cover any personal losses they may incur.

  • Healing with Rina reserves the right to refuse service to any client or member of the public, for any reason, at any given time if deemed necessary (including instances where a client is found to be outside our scope of practice). A refund may not be forthcoming in these rare instances.

  • Healing with Rina proudly welcomes everyone, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and disability or capacity.

5. Specific Service Terms

Soul Plan Reading

  • Individual: To carry out a reading, you agree to provide your full birth name and current name (where relevant) in advance. This information will be confirmed prior to any preparatory work.

  • Business: You agree to provide your full birth name, current name, and up to 3 business name choices in advance. Additional business names will incur an extra charge of £15 per name, payable in advance, or will require a separate Business Reading booking.

  • Relationships: You agree to provide your own full birth name and current name. You also warrant that you have obtained the explicit, verifiable consent of the third party to share their full birth name and current name with Healing with Rina for the purpose of the reading.

Soul Transformation Therapy

  • If you have not previously completed a full Soul Plan Reading, a mini reading will be integrated. You agree to provide your full birth name and current name in advance of the session.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Preparing a Soul Plan Reading (Individual, Business, or Relationship) and Soul Transformation Therapy requires a significant investment of time and preparatory work.

  • Unless explicitly deemed an exception by Healing with Rina, any cancellation made by the client less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will forfeit the full payment, and no refund will be issued.

  • Clients are strongly advised to reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours in advance rather than cancelling the service entirely.

7. Data Protection & Privacy (ICO Compliant)

Your privacy is fully valued. Comprehensive information regarding how your data is handled can be found via the Privacy, Cookie, GDPR & Data Retention links in our website footer.

  • Data Controller: Rina Rawal, operating as Healing with Rina, acts as the Data Controller for your personal information.

  • Lawful Basis for General Data: We process basic administrative data (your name, contact details, and business options) under the lawful basis of Contract to deliver your readings and sessions.

  • Special Category (Health) Data: We process your health disclosures and suitability declarations under the lawful basis of Explicit Consent. This information is kept strictly confidential, held securely, and used solely to verify session eligibility and ensure your physical and emotional safety.

  • Your Rights: You hold the right to withdraw your consent for us to process your health data at any time. You also maintain the rights to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data.
