Thursday’s Never Felt Better
Being in the moment can be challenging, but feels amazing. That’s why no one class I teach is ever the same. I love feeling into what is needed by students on the night. However, there is always a framework incorporating a variety of yoga tools and techniques, including warm-up, asanas and sequences, plus a warm down and relaxation.
What makes my classes unique is the fusion of Yoga and Qigong — a combination not offered elsewhere locally. Qigong, a mindful practice of flowing movement and breath, beautifully complements yoga by cultivating life energy (qi), enhancing balance, and grounding the body while calming the mind. Together, they create a holistic practice that leaves students feeling centred, revitalised, and deeply connected.
Classes may also include pranayamas (breathing techniques), mudras (ancient hand gestures), or oracle card readings to nurture mind, body and soul. During Full or New Moons, sessions are designed to better align with planetary energies, enriching the student experience.
Trial Class and Term Fees
Our yoga family is very special to me and I invite you to come along for a TRIAL to experience the class for yourself. All classes are held in The Stables, Eastcote House Gardens.
With over ten years of teaching, I feel truly blessed to have witnessed my students blossom in their practice. Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or are a seasoned yogi, you are warmly welcome to join us.
Trial Class - £12 (1 trial per person only)
Please read Yoga with Rina T&C’s before booking. In the event that you wish to cancel a trial class you have paid for, you will need to reschedule another trial in the current term, as no refunds are given. You can not roll over a trial class to the following term.
Upcoming Term Fee - £160 (inc 10 weekly sessions, see opposite for term schedule. Payable in advance of signing up for the term. Space permitting you can join part way through a term.)
