Golden Spine 9 Qigong
Golden Spine 9 Qigong is a modern, mindful movement system developed by Hay House author Blue Marsden, founder of the London School of Qigong and Holistic Healing College.
A gentle but very powerful practice, Golden Spine 9 includes ancient and classical movements from Tai Chi and Qigong along with unique insights and adaptations that lead to it being a particularly grounding practice which has the effect of resetting the energy system each time it is practised.
Demonstrating movement 3, Golden Spine 9 Qigong
