Connection Holistic Retreat

Saturday 25th July 2026 - 10:00am to 4:00pm

Connection, Holistic Retreat

Nestled in the beautiful grounds of Loudwater Farm, close to the tranquil banks of the River Chess, you are warmly invited to gather with like-minded souls for a day of connection through mindful movement, touch, sound and creativity.

What your day includes

You’ll be welcomed into a calm and friendly space, with time to arrive, meet your practitioners and connect with others over a comforting cup of tea.

We begin outdoors, where soul meets soil, with a gentle Qigong practice to awaken the body, calm the mind, and encourage the flow of energy. After a short refreshment break, we invite you into deep rest with nurturing Hand Reflexology and a soothing sound immersion.

A nourishing lunch of wholesome, home-cooked food, fresh fruits and vibrant salads will be served, with plenty of time to relax, connect and enjoy the peaceful surrounding, perhaps by the river or amongst the trees.

In the afternoon, you’ll be guided through a creative Art Therapy session, inspired by the natural light and beauty around you. This is a space to explore, express and reconnect with your inner sense of joy and intuition.

The day gently closes with a deeply restorative Sound Bath, allowing you to fully unwind, release tension and leave feeling grounded, peaceful and renewed.

Throughout the day, Alison, Laura and Rina will be there to support you, holding a warm and compassionate space for whatever arises. Oracle cards and crystals will be available, along with quiet moments for reflection, journaling or simply being.

This is your time to step away from the noise of everyday life to soften, restore and reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you.

We invite you to come exactly as you are, and share in a truly meaningful and soulful day.
